- 4 chicken breasts halves
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon crushed fresh ginger
- 60ml orange juice
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon of hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
Place the breasts in a shallow glass dish.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the chicken.
Cover with glad wrap and marinate in the fridge for 2 - 3 hours.
Remove the breasts from the marinade and place them under a preheated grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side.
Serves 4.
